- 教員の雇用や働き方について研究しています。とくに、なぜ非正規雇用の教員が世界的に増えているのか、日本の教員の長時間労働はどうしたら解消できるのかなどの研究課題について、質問紙やインタビュー調査から取り組んでいます。
