熟練したスポーツ選手は、素早く、そして柔軟に運動を遂行することができる。このような運動制御のメカニズムを探るとともに、熟練した選手になるための効率的な練習方法を提案していくことを目的として研究に取り組んでいる。
- 「スポーツ選手に対するメンタルトレーニングの効果」
目標設定技法を中心としたメンタルトレーニングの実践及びその効果の検証に取り組んでいる。
